d\u00e9faut d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne (<em>Escherichia coli<\/em>, <em>Bacillus cereus<\/em>, germes ana\u00e9robies sulfito-r\u00e9ducteurs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9nombrement de germes indicateurs qui permettent de juger l\u2019\u00e9tat de fra\u00eecheur et\/ou l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des denr\u00e9es (germes totaux a\u00e9robies, ent\u00e9robact\u00e9ries, levures, moisissures, bact\u00e9ries lactiques).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b0 Pour les eaux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eaux de piscines&nbsp;: germes totaux 36\u00b0C, ent\u00e9rocoques intestinaux, <em>Pseudomonas aeruginosa<\/em> et staphylocoques \u00e0 coagulase positive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eaux de douche&nbsp;: d\u00e9nombrement de <em>Legionella pneumophila<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eaux potables&nbsp;: germes totaux \u00e0 22 et 36\u00b0C, les ent\u00e9rocoques intestinaux, les coliformes, <em>Escherichia coli<\/em>, <em>Pseudomonas aeruginosa<\/em> et les ana\u00e9robies
