class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bepaling van pathogene kiemen (<em>Salmonella<\/em>, <em>Listeria monocytogenes<\/em>, <em>Staphylococcus aureus<\/em>, <em>Clostridium perfringens<\/em>) en van kiemen die een gebrek aan hygi\u00ebne aanwijzen (<em>Escherichia coli<\/em>, <em>Bacillus cereus<\/em>, sulfietreducerende ana\u00ebroben).<\/li><li>Bepaling van indicatorkiemen die toelaten de versheid en\/of de algemene hygi\u00ebne te beoordelen (totaal kiemgetal, enterobacteri\u00ebn, gisten, schimmels, melkzuurbacteri\u00ebn).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b0 Voor water:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Zwembadwater: totaal kiemgetal bij 36 \u00b0C, <em>Pseudomonas aeruginosa<\/em>, intestinale enterokokken en coagulase positieve stafylokokken<\/li><li>Douchewater: bepaling van <em>Legionella pneumophila<\/em><\/li><li>Drinkbaarheid van water: totaal kiemgetal bij 22 en 36 \u00b0C, intestinale enterokokken, coliformen, <em>E. coli<\/em>, <em>Pseudomonas
